Rockwell Property Management: Maintenance
Anytime you request General Maintenance we will send one our in-house maintenance technicians. If your maintenance request requires a specialist the Maintenance Manager will let you know what company we have contracted with to come out and address the maintenance request.

Todd has been with Rockwell Property Management for several years and has many years of experience in Maintenance. Todd is beyond amazing and he can fix anything!
DeShawn - Maintenance Tech
DeShawn has been with Rockwell for over two years and has several years of previous experience in remodeling and restoration. DeShawn is a master artist.
Jesus - Maintenance Tech
Jesus brings 12 years of experience to the Rockwell Maintenance Team, his expertise include appliances, HVAC and general maintenance items. Jesus is a valued member of the Rockwell Team!
Kristy - Maintenance Manager
Kristy brings decades of property management experience to Rockwell. Kristy's expertise is in organizing chaos. She handles all the day to day maintenance requests that come into the office and will work with the maintenance techs or vendors to get the items repaired or replaced.

Rockwell Property Management: Property Managers
Rockwell Property Management currently has four Property Managers that oversee and manage the day to day operations of the property in behalf of the owner. All of Rockwell's Property Managers are licensed Real Estate Agents and licensed Property Managers.
Property Manager - Chad
Chad manages single family homes, multi-family units, commercial properties and shared housing properties. He started his career with Rockwell as the Maintenance Manager and has been a Property Manager since 2012.
Property Manager - Lance
Lance manages commercial, multi-unit and single families homes throughout the Wasatch Front. He has been a property manager with Rockwell Property Management since 2009.
Property Manager - Mike
Mike has been involved in Property Management for 15 years. He began his career with being the maintenance manager for Rockwell for several years. Mike manages multi-family and single family homes for Rockwell Property Management.
Property Manager - Hayden
Hayden has over three years of property management experience and more than five years of experience in real estate sales, home purchases, and land acquisitions. With a strong background in home renovations and remodels, he brings hands-on knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every property he works with.
