What day is Rent Due?
Rent is always due on the 1st day of the month. No late fee is charged until the 6th day of the month.

What if my unit needs maintenance?
All service maintenance request must be made in writing through your online tenant portal. When submitting a maintenance request please review the maintenance troubleshooting guide prior to submitting the request. Also please include any information that would be helpful to receive service, such as Brand name, model and serial numbers on appliances. Photos are also very helpful!

What if I am having a water or fire emergency?
If the emergency is during business hours of Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, please call 801-677-1890. If it is after hours please call 801-810-4357.

Who do I contact about various issues at my unit?
At Rockwell Property Management each employee plays a significant part of the daily operations. Many questions need to be in writing.
- For any special circumstances, rent related or neighbor issues please contact your property manager, through email if possible.
- For any maintenace issues (these must be in writing), please submit a maintenance request through your online portal.
- For immediate assistance regarding general questions please call and speak with our office staff.

What is the best way to reach my Property Manager?
The best way to reach your Property Manager is through email. The Property Managers are frequently out of the office at properties and it makes it diffiuclt to answer their phone and help you if they are meeting with others, driving or don't have a laptop with them.
