Rockwell Property Management Inc. began in 2009.  Since that time, we have continued to expand our business and services to provide the best personable property management service in Utah.  We serve property owners looking to achieve passive income and financial freedom through owning real estate.  This approach allows our clients the ability to invest in real estate without handling the daily operations that arise when dealing with leasing, accounting, rent collections, maintenance, legal issues, and tenant communications.

Our Services

Accounting and Reporting: On a monthly basis our clients are provided with an in-depth statement showing all income and expenses.  They also have online portals to view reports and statements 24/7.  Monthly rental income is sent directly to their bank account for ease and efficiency. This gives them the information they need to make the best decision at any time.

Tenants: We work with the best tenants!  They have 24/7 access to their tenant portal where they can easily submit payments, service requests, and communicate with our management team.  We understand that tenants want a safe, clean, and functional environment to enjoy life and make great memories.

Leasing: Our team is always diligently working to fill vacancies at the highest possible rental rates and with the best tenants.  Our average turn around for a vacant unit is less than 3 days. Our leasing team lists all available properties on many websites, sets up showings, and shows each property.  We still work hard to keep a personal touch on leasing, and we value person to person contact before a lease is signed. This additional work allows us to keep our eviction rates less than a quarter percent.

Maintenance and Construction: Our in-house maintenance team is efficient and knowledgeable.  We can quickly respond to service requests to make life easier for tenants and in turn keep good tenants. We work hard to keep costs low which also saves our client’s money.  We also contract with some of the area’s most honest and talented contractors to complete jobs in a timely manner and on budget.  We provide our clients with the knowledge and expertise they need to make informed decisions about repairs and upgrades. When it comes to doing the right upgrades to get maximum rents, we have our client’s back.
